The holder develops application-oriented skills, initiates and leads joint research and innovation projects and strengthens cooperation with industry, science and public partners. The function thus contributes to the technological competitiveness and innovative power of Central Switzerland. Their tasks

• Application-oriented research in the field of mobile robotics
• Acquisition and management of research and service projects involving HSLU – Computer Science and CSEM
• Positioning, coordination and expansion of joint activities between HSLU – Computer Science and CSEM
• Teaching at Bachelor and Master level
• Supervision of student work (bachelor and master level)
• Opportunity to participate in further education offers (e.g. CAS)
• National and international networking in the field of mobile robotics

Your profile Technical competences

• University degree with promotion
• Proven experience in acquisition and management of research and service projects
• Sound management and communication skills
• Comprehensive scientific performance certificate
• Practical and theoretical knowledge as well as several years of practical experience with robotics applications

Personal competences

• Very good knowledge of German and English
• Ability to present complex issues in an understandable way and to integrate research results into teaching
