Dipl. Nurse (m/f/d) Geriatrics — 80-100 %

Their tasks

• You have the responsibility for holistic and professional care in a geriatric area.
• They ensure the care and care of interdisciplinary patients.
• They guarantee need-oriented care and the promotion of resource-oriented autonomy in the context of rehabilitation.
• Share responsibility for an evidence-based quality of care and participation in the continuous improvement process
• Participation in the interdisciplinary treatment team, consisting of doctors, nurses, therapists and case management
• Responsibility for correct patient documentation incl. Patient Accounting (LEP)
• Supporting cooperative and loyal teamwork

Your profile

• Completed training as a nurse HF/FH
• Professional experience in acute care and geriatrics
• Joy in the profession as well as in the development of care
• Readiness for three shift operation
• Motivated, honest, team capable and friendly personality with a sense of responsibility and desire to build something new
• Positive attitude in dealing with our learners and students
• Experienced PC user knowledge
• Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
