Their tasks shall include
- Applying different therapeutic models such as mindfulness, topic-centered group talks, creative working with different materials
- Preliminary discussions with day care patients
- Independent conception and organization of group therapies
- Participation and co-responsibility in preventive, diagnostic and therapeutic measures
- Cooperation with social institutions and authorities
- Responsibility and participation in interprofessional competent cooperation
- Responsible for the ongoing documentation of the individual group history
- Participation in reports, case meetings, intervisions, team meetings, supervision and training
- Independent organisation and implementation of leisure activities and leisure offers

- Independent, communicative, resilient, competent and flexible personality, beneficial with several years of professional experience in psychiatry
- Willingness and opportunity to temporarily increase the workload during holiday absences of employees
- Enjoyment and experience working with groups including individual settings
- Readiness for multi-professional teamwork
