- Analysis of business processes and coordination as well as implementation of the further development of applications (from requirements specification to release)
- Support of the departments in the preparation of specialist requirements
- Assessment of change requests and creation of solution concepts
- Coordination of application tests and production release
- Ensuring the monitoring of the ongoing application operation incl. Incident corrections
