- Independent processing of personnel movements along the entire employee lifecycle in your support area - including contracts, permits, social insurance and employment references
- Maintenance and management of master data in SAP HCM (from 2027 in SAP SuccessFactors)
- Good knowledge of labor law and working time regulations German (fluent) French (good knowledge) Cosa offriamo
Main responsibilities
- Independent processing of personnel movements along the entire employee lifecycle in your support area - including contracts, permits, social insurance and employment references
- Maintenance and management of master data in SAP HCM (from 2027 in SAP SuccessFactors)
- Answering and triaging line and employee concerns via ticket system or by telephone
- Responsibility for issues relating to time recording (excluding daily allowance statements)

- Optimization of processes and system use in the area Time recording including training of the line in the application
- Participation in HR projects, especially in the introduction of SuccessFactors and a new time recording system
