- It offers an attractive range of language, movement, and creativity courses – thanks to the support of the Migros Culture Percentage.
- Completed basic or further training: Diploma as Tai Chi instructor or teacher, at least 2-year course and 120h training per year, training recognized by the Swiss Society for Qi Gong and Taijiquan (e.g., Qi Space, Lebeskunst)
- Proven teaching experience in adult education

Key requirements
- Completed basic or further training: Diploma as Tai Chi instructor or teacher, at least 2-year course and 120h training per year, training recognized by the Swiss Society for Qi Gong and Taijiquan (e.g., Qi Space, Lebeskunst)
- Proven teaching experience in adult education
- Completed basic or further training (Tai Chi instructor/teacher)
- Customer-oriented, well-groomed, and courteous demeanor
- Independent, flexible, and reliable personality
- Ability to convey knowledge in a varied and engaging manner
- Enthusiasm for teaching small to medium-sized groups of adults German (good knowledge)
