Responsibilities

• Providing patient care and support tailored to needs and situations
• Carrying out care and support measures in accordance with the nursing process, as well as corresponding hygiene measures
• Performing delegated medical-technical procedures
• Maintaining complete and accurate nursing documentation in accordance with guidelines
• Collaborating within the interprofessional team

Requirements

• Completed training as a Healthcare Assistant (Fachfrau/-mann Gesundheit)
• Professional experience in intensive care nursing
• Strong perception and observation skills, as well as good communication abilities and written expression skills
• Constructive and goal-oriented collaboration within the intra- and interdisciplinary team
• Good IT skills for maintaining nursing documentation and retrieving information from databases
