Full description
The hospital Lachen is an acute hospital for extended basic care with a broad service contract on Lake Zurich. Our QM is the engine for safe, patient-centered care – digital, pragmatic, close to everyday clinical life. We are looking for a personality who wants to tackle independently, learn leadership and shape the future of the QM.
Your tasks
- Further development of the quality and patient safety system, incl.
Clinical risk management and CIRS
- Planning and evaluation of measurements, surveys and audits (ANQ, Swissnoso, H+) and implementation QV58a
- Organisation of quality measurements Surveys and audits as well as the understandable preparation of results
- Digital further development of QM instruments and reporting at GL and committees
- Monitoring interprofessional projects, certifications and internal audits
- Moderation of case analyses and quality circles – learning from events together
- Cooperation on quality strategy and annual goals as well as being part of the Quality Commission –

- Modern learning formats for quality and patient safety (e.g.

Your profile
- Tertiary degree (HF/FH), preferred in healthcare; QM-Training (CAS/MAS) or willingness to do so
- Experience in acute hospital, quality, process or risk management (e.g., PDCA, audits, case analyses)
- Initial project or management experience – or the clear desire to grow into leadership role
- High A-Hinness for modern IT applications, data analysis and digital solutions
- Strength of communication and moderation vis-à-vis medical staff, care and management$
- Self-employed, structured working methods and reflectability
