Responsibilities

• Specialist work under the responsibility of a qualified nurse
• Performing interventions on patients delegated by the qualified nurse within the scope of the personal activity catalogue
• Independent and autonomous execution of assigned and delegated interventions
• Carrying out delegated medical-diagnostic and medical-technical measures ordered by the medical team
• Performing general ward and patient-related administrative tasks
• Monitoring stock levels, ordering and restocking medications and consumables
• Checking, preparing, and professionally cleaning technical equipment, aids, and instruments

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a Healthcare Assistant (EFZ / Swiss Federal Certificate)
• Professional experience in acute care is an advantage
• Perception and observation skills as well as good communication and written expression skills
• Constructive and goal-oriented collaboration within intra- and interdisciplinary teams
• Good IT skills in relation to maintaining nursing documentation and retrieving information from databases
