• Self-employed implementation of dialysis treatments in the dialysis department
• Ensuring the quality of care and interdisciplinary cooperation with all professional groups to ensure optimal patient care
• Careful, complete and comprehensible management of care documentation and responsibility for the execution of medical regulations
• Requirements
• Training as a qualified nursing specialist, with experience in acute hospital, dialysis or in a nephrological department
• Multi-year professional experience in dialysis
• Team-capable, flexible personality with willingness to shift work
• empathy, communication strength and joy in interprofessional cooperation
• Passion for patient-centered, professional care
• empathy in dealing with patients and patients as well as high personal responsibility
• Good German knowledge, any other foreign language of advantage
• Good PC user knowledge, especially in MS Office
