Main responsibilities
- Sicherstellung einer optimalen Versorgung der Patientinnen und Patienten auf unserer Bettenstation (hauptsächlich chirurgische Patientinnen und Patienten)
- Durchführung von Assessments und Identifizierung sowie Beurteilung der aktuellen und potentiellen Gesundheitsprobleme sowie Ressourcen der Patientinnen und Patienten
- Bestimmung der Behandlungsziele zusammen mit den Patientinnen und Patienten und/oder Angehörigen
- Betreuung und Beratung unserer Patientinnen und Patienten sowie der Angehörigen
- zielorientierte Zusammenarbeit im interdisziplinären und interprofessionellen Behandlungsteam
- Übernahme der fachlichen Führung im Bereich der Pflege
- Beteiligung an der Betreuung von Lernenden (HF, FAGE)
