In this position, you set up complex laser systems independently and create programs with specialized software solutions. The company attaches great importance to precise production and quality assurance of demanding materials. For our client we are looking for a Activities
- Set up and operate 2D and 3D laser systems independently
- Create programs in FASTSUITE, TruTops and on the labeling laser
- Work pieces made of nickel- and cobalt-based alloys
- Inspect components carefully and ensure quality
- Perform standard maintenance on laser systems and NADCAP certified machines
Requirements
- Completed apprenticeship as a polymechanic: with experience in 3D programming
- Practice in laser processing would be desirable
- Knowledge of Siemens, ABB, PowerMark and S94P
- Very good oral and written knowledge of German
- Readiness for use in 2-shift operation
