As part of the zKIS/EPIC program, you will actively shape the central transformation of the University Hospital Zurich.
With the introduction of a new clinic information system, we are not only changing our digital infrastructure, but also clinical processes, collaboration and working methods.

Main responsibilities

- Ensure that the project is consistently, comprehensibly and appropriately positioned internally and embedded in the overall communication of the USZ
- You advise the project management on communicative issues and support in the preparation of decisions, appearances and sensitive topics
- You recognize communication risks and challenges at an early stage and support the development of suitable communication measures
- You proactively collect information from the project environment, prepare it for the addressee and ensure a continuous flow of information
- You develop formats for information, participation and mobilization of employees and contribute to the active project community
- You will ensure that EPIC is understood communicatively as a central component of the “Hospital of the Future” and integrate project communication with the further transformation and strategy topics of the USZ Requirements
- You have several years of experience (ideally 8-10 years) in corporate, project or transformation communication

- You have experience in complex organizational or major project environments, ideally in healthcare or in highly regulated environments
- You can develop strategic communication approaches and simultaneously implement them operationally
- You are able to process complex content in a comprehensible way and convey it in a manner appropriate to the target group
- You have experience in advising leaders and dealing with sensitive or political issues
- You recognize communicative risks early on and can develop appropriate measures
- You work independently, structured and with high initiative in a dynamic environment
- You have a strong sense of language, impact and storytelling in transformation projects
