• Leadership, promotion and further development of the two teams (maintenance equipment and infrastructure) consisting of 27 employees and 4 direct reports
• Overall management and further development of maintenance with focus on organization and processes
• Further development and implementation of the IHA strategy
• Responsibility for plant availability

Requirements

• At least 5-10 years of professional experience: proven leadership experience in the required area
• Completed studies (uni/ETH, FH, HF): in the technical field, preferably engineering
• Service-oriented and entrepreneurial personality
• Independent, performance-ready and forward-looking working methods as well as a high degree of personal responsibility
• Leadership and project management experience in a complex technical environment
• Experience in the field of automated logistics and production facilities as well as in the life cycle management of technical facilities, warehouse management and strategic maintenance
• Experience with Lean Management and Operational Exellence
• Experience in construction project management

Recruitment process

Requirements

• Mindestens 5-10 Jahre Berufserfahrung: im geforderten Bereich ausgewiesene Führungserfahrung

• Abgeschlossenes Studium (Uni/ETH, FH, HF): im technischen Bereich, bevorzugt Ingenieurwesen

• Dienstleistungsorientierte und unternehmerisch denkende Persönlichkeit

• Selbstständige, leistungsbereite und vorausschauende Arbeitsweise sowie ein hohes Mass an Eigenverantwortung

• Führungs- und Projektleitungserfahrung in einem komplexen technischen Umfeld

• Erfahrung mit Lean Management und Operational Exellence

• Erfahrung im Bauprojektmanagement

• Deutsch (verhandlungssicher)
