Their tasks

• Deputy Head of Administration, Professional, Organizational and Personnel Management of the Cleaning Department
• Deputy management in the organisation and control of cleaning work, maintenance and basic cleaning
• Participation in the Cleaning Business Unit
• Cooperation in the maintenance, intermediate and basic cleaning of all premises
• Collaboration in bed cleaning and bed center
• Cleaning of patient room after patient exit
• Insulation room cleaning services
• Ensuring quality and service standards
• Cooperation in projects, organizational tasks and the further development of daily processes in the field of cleaning
• The position is provided for the majority in late service from 1 p.m. to 10 p.m. In addition, flexible early or day services are possible, e.g. from 06.00 to 15.00 or from 07.00 to 16.00, depending on operational needs Your profile:
• Completed vocational training as a specialist in housekeeping EFZ (further training in housekeeping is an advantage)
• Leadership experience
• Very good MS Office skills, digital fitness and networked thinking
• Professional experience in the field of cleaning – health care (hospital) is an advantage
