Stv. Station Management (m/f/d) Interdisciplinary bed station — 80-100 %

Their tasks

• Support of the station management in the personnel and professional management of the care team
• Share responsibility for ensuring professional, evidence-based care
• Assumption of daily responsibility in the absence of the station management
• Active participation in direct patient care
• Coordination of interdisciplinary cooperation with the medical service and other professional groups
• Participation in service planning and in personnel development and promotion
• Ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards
• Participation in projects and in the further development of care processes

Your profile

• Completed training as a dipl. Nurse HF/FH or equivalent recognition (mandatory SRK recognition for foreign diploma)
• Several years of professional experience in the acute field, ideally on an interdisciplinary bed station
• First management experience or completed/commenced management training is beneficial
• High social and professional competence as well as strong team skills
• Organizational strength, resilience and solution-oriented working methods
• Enjoying interdisciplinary cooperation and further developing the quality of care
• Good IT user knowledge and willingness to shape digital processes
