Tasks

• Customer service and information center are your responsibility.• With patience and commitment, you serve and advise our demanding customers.• The responsibility for cash management also lies with you.• You are responsible for receiving and processing customer orders and customer complaints.• Thanks to your overview, circulation of money, postal and delivery notes is ensured.

Requirements

• You bring a vocational training in the retail trade or as a merchant.• Experience in administrative areas and cash management distinguish you.• Your knowledge of German is very good - in word and writing. English and French are a plus.• Flexible operating times (Mo-Sa/So) are a matter of course for you in sales.• Customer contact and teamwork bring you joy.
