Role overview
- Implementation of the area-specific sales and sales targets and ensure efficient, growth-oriented new customer acquisition, in the area of HORECA, healthcare of A- / B-customers:
- Ensuring the personal and professional support of all A and B customers, as well as their expansion, in their own area, with a focus on HORECA and healthcare
- Provision of customer-specific services such as: washing and dosing instructions, cleaning, hygiene and control concepts as well as training and instruction of customers on site
- Maintaining a sales promotional and partnership contact with the sales representatives of our regional and national distributors:
- Participation in relevant customer companies Events / networking events (e.g. IGEHO, dealer fairs VIP events)
- Knowledge and application of relevant sales techniques
- Building and expanding your own network within the industry as well as efficient and profitable sales planning
- skilful in dealing with decision-makers:inside and contact:inside
- Pronounced and solution-oriented customer-friendliness and willingness to participate in innovation management
- Knowledge of the most important market competitors (competitors, distributors and partners) and ability to identify market trends
