- You support and advise the management in structural and building-related matters and use condition reports to ensure the documentation for the measures and their budgeting
- You coordinate, control and monitor external service providers and guarantee the contractual services
Main responsibilities
- You support and advise the management in structural and building-related matters and use condition reports to ensure the documentation for the measures and their budgeting
- You coordinate, control and monitor external service providers and guarantee the contractual services
- You ensure the specifications of optimal maintenance and the proper functioning of the technical infrastructure and initiate targeted maintenance measures if necessary.
- You control the construction and pay attention to costs, deadlines, quality, environment and safety
- You take over the professional handling of defects, damage and guarantee cases in close cooperation with management and construction management
- You accompany renovation projects and are the central contact person for management at external construction management or Livit construction
- You advise on energy and environmental measures and show optimization suggestions and improvement measures Requirements
- You have completed a vocational apprenticeship in the construction industry (e.g. draftsman: in or facility management or a comparable technical training)
- You bring a commercial education or professional experience in the real estate or construction industry
- You have experience in facility management, building maintenance or technical management
