- Experience: In the field of adult education and in the corresponding field
- Completed basic or further education: Specialized qualification with idgenous recognition EFZ or completion at a specialist or college in the subject area to be taught
Main responsibilities
- Your pleasure in teaching, your commitment and your winning appearance inspire the participants
- You shape the teaching in the offer of painting and drawing / watering and acrylic painting according to adult educational criteria by taking into account the different life experiences, learning styles and needs of the participants
- The comprehensive preparation and follow-up of teaching is also one of your tasks - you create a positive learning atmosphere that promotes the motivation of the learners and create relationships that are based on trust and respect
- Regular consultations with the relevant opponents of the club school administration ensure smooth cooperation
Key requirements
- Experience: In the field of adult education and in the corresponding field
- Completed basic or further education: Specialized qualification with idgenous recognition EFZ or completion at a specialist or college in the subject area to be taught
- Deeper expertise in the corresponding subject area of drawing and painting, acrylic paints, watering
- Ideally you will find out about the SVEB certificate 1 or equivalent degree
