Company and context
- Effective and targeted store operations management (e.g. cash register, warehouse, visual merchandising, store organization, store management) in compliance with our retail standards
- Independent management of daily business – as a model for your team on the store floor and in the administrative back office
- Authentic, optimistic and reliable personality with an open mindset
- Proactive and inspiring leader as well as brand ambassadors with very good communication skills in German and coaching skills with focus on individual potential development
- Secure use of digital tools as well as a structured working method and time flexibility
- Affinity to the beauty world, the cosmetics or lifestyle industry and at least two years of experience in disciplinary management – e.g. as branch manager (m/f/d), shop manager (m/f/d) or in a comparable position as well as at least two years of experience in a service-oriented industry (e.g. retail, catering, hotel or tourism) Sounds like you?
