Are you happy to help shape the future of long-term care as a professional designer and to inspire learners? As a full-time professional, you take a key role in the training of future caregivers.

• You accompany learners individually, competently and with heart through their training

• You promote a valuable, professional learning culture, where development and self-responsibility get space

• You work closely with specialists Care, education managers and parents

• You are part of an innovative organizational structure that strengthens self-responsibility, co-design and professional excellence

• You work in a modern, dynamic and established educational team

Requirements

• Diploma in tertiary education (HF, FH, DN II, ACP, PsyKP, KWS)

• At least 2 years of professional experience in nursing

• Continuing training in vocational education SVEB certificate trainers:in (or equivalent training within 300 hours, or willing to complete)

• Very good knowledge of German in word and writing

• High educational competence and joy in working with learners
