- Contribute to experimental work and microscopy-based measurements of 3D structures using spinning disc confocal and light sheet microscopy for fixed multiplexed and live-imaging datasets.
- MSc degree in cell biology, developmental biology, engineering or a related discipline, with a combination of experimental and computational experience.
- Python coding experience and the ability to develop and adapt scripts for scientific data analysis.
Main responsibilities

- Contribute to experimental work and microscopy-based measurements of 3D structures using spinning disc confocal and light sheet microscopy for fixed multiplexed and live-imaging datasets.
- Analyse multiplexed measurements and integrate imaging-derived features to investigate cellular behaviour.
Key requirements
- MSc degree in cell biology, developmental biology, engineering or a related discipline, with a combination of experimental and computational experience.
- Python coding experience and the ability to develop and adapt scripts for scientific data analysis.
- Knowledge of microscopy and image analysis, with the ability to connect experimental measurements to quantitative biological questions.
- Experience with quantitative data analysis and an interest in reproducible computational workflows.
- Experience working with embryos is an advantage.
- Familiarity with light-sheet microscopy, cell tracking, multiplexed measurements or large volumetric datasets is also welcome.
- Strong communication skills, fluency in English, and the ability to work independently and collaborate across disciplines. What we offer
