Main responsibilities

- You keep budgets, costs, deadlines and quality under control at all times and ensure targeted project management
- You coordinate internal and external stakeholders and ensure smooth cooperation with specialist areas, authorities, planners and entrepreneurs
- You are responsible for awards, contract negotiations and the choice of the appropriate commissioning model
- You recognize risks early, initiate the right measures and provide transparent decision-making basis and reports Requirements
- Several years of professional experience: Project manager in the client representation, ideally at an institutional client or real estate company
- Completed studies (uni/ETH, FH, HF): civil engineer, architect or equivalent training in the construction sector
- You bring experience in managing large and complex construction projects over several SIA phases
- You are familiar with Swiss building standards and have solid knowledge of work contract, planner and building law
