Main responsibilities
- You develop new products and optimize existing recipes from the idea to the implementation
- You start and pick recipes, calculations and product-relevant documentation
- You analyze production processes and implement process optimizations to increase quality and efficiency
- You work on process diagrams and production standards for smooth production
- You plan and accompany product trials, tests and tastings
- You work closely with production, quality assurance, purchasing and other departments
Key requirements
- multi-year experience: in the areas of product development & process optimization in the food industry with
- Completed vocational apprenticeship (EFZ): as cook/cooker, bakerin-conditorin, food technologist/technologist or a comparable qualification
- you have a profound knowledge in the preparation of recipes, calculations and process diagrams
- you think analytically, recognize optimization potentials and implement them pragmatically
- you work structured, independently and keep an overview of several projects you convince with your
