- Coordination of subprojects,Meetings of stakeholders and the next steps
- Perennial professional experience: in a comparable function in the PMO or project environment – desirable in a management consulting
- Completed studies (Uni/ETH, FH, HF): Continuing education in project management or business management of advantage
- Very good PC user knowledge especially in PowerPoint, Excel and Word English (flowing) French (advantage) Cosa offriamo
Main responsibilities
- Support of the overall project management in the planning, management and implementation of the projects in the areas of Ready to Eat and Bread/Feinbackware
- Coordination of subprojects,Meetings of stakeholders and the next steps
- Preparation of reporting, decision-making basis and project documentation for management
- Ensure transparency about progress, dates, risks and open points
- Participation in Business Cases and in establishing structure, standards and a consistent approach in the project
Key requirements
- Perennial professional experience: in a comparable function in the PMO or project environment – desirable in a management consulting
- Completed studies (Uni/ETH, FH, HF): Continuing education in project management or business management of advantage
