- You speak German or French and can speak in the partner language and understand it
- You have at least 5 years experience in pharmacy and customer service or customer oriented environment
- You have a good knowledge or understanding of the operation of pharmacies and/or retail
- You are comfortable with field users and keep a pragmatic approach, even in demanding situations
- You are interested in new technologies, especially artificial intelligence (AI)
- Experience with Jira or similar service management tools is an asset
- You have good knowledge of Triapharm software
