Tasks

  • Responsibility in payroll administration, including wage mutations, allowances, reductions, salaries and support in wages
  • Responsibility for the entire HR administration along the Employee Lifecycle – from entry to exit
  • Contact person for employees and managers in administrative and personal matters
  • Treatment of accident, military, civilian and holiday cases as well as other pay-related topics
  • Maintenance of personal dossiers and production of work certificates and HR documents
  • Participation in the optimization and further development of HR processes Requirements:
  • Basic commercial training or comparable training
  • Experience in payroll or HR administration of advantage
  • Exact, independent and reliable operation
  • Discretion and sense of responsibility in dealing with sensitive data
  • Good MS Office knowledge
  • Experience with Payroll/HR systems of advantage
