- Planning, control and evaluation of all partial steps in the care process from entry to exit
Main responsibilities

- Responsibility for professional communication with patients and interprofessional services
- Co-responsibility for the "Fachmann/-frau Gesundheit EFZ" and "Pflegefachmann/-frau HF" to be trained
- Leading a sector with a assigned patient group Requirements:
- Completed training as a dipl.
- Senior Caregiver HF/FH or a foreign degree with SRK Recognition
- You have experience in rehabilitation?
