Company and context
- Conceptual management: Professional, conceptual and organizational management as well as further development of the new focus on geriatrics and geriatric early rehabilitation within the Clinic for Internal Medicine
- Patient care : Holistic medical care and treatment of older, multimorbid patients in the acute care department as well as in early rehabilitation
- Geriatric Assessment: Conducting comprehensive geriatric assessments and establishing interdisciplinary treatment concepts
- Interprofessional cooperation: Close interprofessional cooperation with the care, the therapeutic services (physical/occupational therapy, speech therapy) and the social service for the optimal reintegration of patients
- Team support and service operations: Participation in the background service of internal medicine as well as active support in the training and supervision of assistant doctors and senior doctors
- Network care : Ensuring a high quality of treatment and expanding cooperation with referees, nursing homes and the Lucerne Canton Hospital Requirements
- Specialization : Focus title Geriatrics or profound clinical experience in the field of acute geriatrics and geriatric early rehabilitation
- Leadership experience: Several years of experience as a senior physician or in a comparable clinical leadership position
- Soft skills: High social skills, empathy in dealing with older people and their relatives as well as strong team and communication skills
- Design will: Enjoy the interdisciplinary cooperation as well as the conceptual development work in the team
