Main responsibilities

- Executive Events Strategy: Define and drive a forward-looking vision for internal executive events that strengthen leadership visibility, support organisational priorities and foster meaningful employee engagement.
- Experience & Format Design: Design internal innovative, audience-centric leadership experiences—including town halls, leadership forums, business updates, strategy sessions and hybrid events—that maximise interaction, dialogue and impact.
- Agenda & Narrative Architecture: Partner with Communications leads to translate business priorities into compelling internal event narratives, agendas and participant journeys that create clear, engaging and memorable leadership experiences.
- Leadership Partnership & Technical Oversight: Act as a trusted partner to senior leaders, advising on internal event formats, audience engagement techniques, stagecraft, and delivery to ensure authentic, impactful interactions with employees.
Application process
- Oversee technical execution by ensuring applications are correctly installed on platforms per guidelines, assisting with software upgrades, and providing post-sales/operational support for new parameters and technical inquiries.
- Programme & Technical Leadership: Provide strategic oversight and operational leadership for complex executive event programmes, ensuring excellence in planning, governance, stakeholder alignment, and flawless execution across multiple channels.
- Lead the installation, configuration, setup, and optimization of necessary instruments, reagents, or technical assets, resolving issues promptly (with occasional standby required).
