- You are responsible for the subscription and address management of the Coopzeitung throughout Switzerland as well as other media and communication formats
- You plan, control and monitor editions, selections, mutations, returns, address preparations and other quality-relevant processes
Main responsibilities
- You are responsible for the subscription and address management of the Coopzeitung throughout Switzerland as well as other media and communication formats
- You plan, control and monitor editions, selections, mutations, returns, address preparations and other quality-relevant processes
- You coordinate the cooperation with internal departments as well as with mail, printers, call centers and other upstream and downstream offices and ensure smooth processes
- You support data-based communication measures, for example in newsletter management, address procurement and target group-specific selections, evaluations and reporting
- You will accompany projects, tests and system adjustments and actively develop subscription/address management in the SAP environment and beyond. Requirements
- You have technical training in newspaper printing, shipping, processing or similar training and have experience in address, subscription or master data management
- You have a good understanding of systems, processes and data contexts and ideally have experience with SAP as well as very good office user knowledge – especially in Excel
- You work in a structured, exact and independent manner, keep an overview even in complex situations and set priorities in a targeted manner.
