Introduction For our Production Division, we are looking for a New Product Project Manager (H/F) whose main mission will be to drive the industrialization and production of new products as part of the company's industrial strategy.
You will be at the heart of our manufacturing activities in a stimulating environment.
You will coordinate various topics within multidisciplinary teams, mainly to renew the offer of products in the fields of dial, ceramics and jewellery, while respecting the contractually established performance in terms of quality, costs and deadlines.

- Ensure compliance with the milestones of the New Products process by building and facilitating project planning
- Ensure that performance levels are achieved according to quality and cost criteria, while respecting established timelines
Main responsibilities

- Lead the risk analysis approach and the management of the associated risk reduction plan
- Challenge the contribution of the project actors of the site
- Communicating projects to teams and management
- Capitalizing feedback by formalizing and harmonizing practices Profile
- University degree, EPF/HES engineer or equivalent training
- Experience confirmed in managing industrial projects with multidisciplinary teams
- Rigor and excellent synthesis capacity, clear and efficient communication
- Natural leadership to motivate and unite the team to achieve the goals
