Main responsibilities
- You support the HR Services team in the operational day-to-day business.
- These include the creation of employment contracts including the contract components, the recording of new employees in the Abacus as well as the processing of withdrawals.
- You process the mutations of the personnel master data and manage the electronic personnel dossier.
- You answer questions from employees and pre-laws on topics from your task area.
- You first receive employer certificates, process accident reports and take over further administrative tasks. Requirements
- You are a student and want to gain first experience in HR.
- You have a fast understanding, think networked and value for quality in your work.
- You communicate in German, are open and communicative.
- You work reliably and are committed and experienced in dealing with the MS Office programs. We offer
