Key requirements
- Education: You have a sound higher education, ideally an MBA, specific further training in finance, business management in the healthcare sector or training in medical controlling.
- Experience: You have experience in finance and accounting as well as several years of management experience in a senior position, for example in revenue management, medical controlling or as CFO of a smaller company.
- Knowledge of tariffs: You have in-depth knowledge of SwissDRG, ST Reha, TARDOC and REKOLE.
- Controlling: You are experienced in budgeting, forecasting, scenario calculations, cost and profitability analyzes as well as in setting up and using KPI systems.
- Digitalization: You have a high affinity for digitalization and automation processes and have experience with modern ERP and BI systems, especially Power BI.
- Analytics: You think extremely analytically and conceptually, can evaluate large amounts of data and recognize financial and operational value drivers.
- Leadership: You lead a team with trust, develop employees and combine professional clarity with social sensitivity.
- Communication: You communicate clearly, appreciatively and appropriately and can confidently bring together different interests.

Application process
- Tariff systems: Actively develop the application and implementation of tariff systems such as SwissDRG, ST Reha, TARDOC and outpatient flat rates.
- Collective bargaining and contract negotiations: Conduct collective bargaining and contract negotiations with payers and other partners until they are successfully concluded.
- Payer management: Process queries from insurance companies and their medical services and ensure professional review and negotiation management.
- Project management: Lead cross-departmental projects to optimize processes and revenues and drive the further development of the corresponding structures.
- Interface & Process Management: Coordinate central interfaces between medicine, nursing, coding, patient management, finance, IT and quality management.
- Together with the departments involved, you optimize and standardize processes and ensure efficient collaboration along the entire service chain.
- Budget: Responsible for the specific budget development of the clinics and their monitoring.
- Quality & Compliance: Ensure compliance with tariff, regulatory and billing-related requirements in the area of responsibility and promote complete and high-quality performance documentation.
