- The restoration of the hospital center Biel includes a cafeteria and a restaurant.
- Our cafeteria is open for 365 days and can accommodate 90 guests.
- During the summer months, an additional terrace is operated.
- In the restaurant, around 200 employees and guests of the hospital are catered for at noon.
- We also hold special events such as rich aperitifs and banquets.
- They are happy to host and look after the internal and external guests in the cafeteria or in the restaurant with joy and warmth.
- To relieve our head of gastronomy, we are looking for a team leader in restoration 80 – 100% by 1 November 2026 or by arrangement This is what you do for the management of the restoration with 13 employees (restaurant, cafeteria/shop, health protection, vending machine catering) Planning and organisation of events Planning of employees If necessary, our customers serve at the checkout and look after the buffet Ensuring a motivating management of employees including qualification interviews Ensuring compliance with legal and operational requirements in the area of responsibility (HACCP, occupational safety, employment law, etc.) Are have a gastronomic education and bring leadership experience with you have experience in dealing with electronic POS systems and know the basics of hygiene standards and HACCP concepts You are a flexible personality;
- Early or late services (until 19.30) and sometimes weekend and holiday assignments are no problem for you You have a high degree of self-motivation and work with a team makes You lead as a role model with respect and motivating you are characterized by a high sense of responsibility and great reliability.
