- Ensuring high care quality for our customers at home
- Support, advice and support of customers and their relatives
- Training as a nurse HF or specialist Health EFZ
- Professional experience in the outpatient field
Main responsibilities
- Ensuring high care quality for our customers at home

Key requirements
- Training as a nurse HF or specialist Health EFZ
- Professional experience in the outpatient field
