Role overview

Tasks

  • They continuously develop the hospital-wide quality management system (EFQM) as well as risk management including CIRS and sustainably strengthen patient safety.
  • They analyse quality, safety and process indicators, identify potential for improvement and initiate effective optimisation measures
  • Design and optimize clinical core and support processes end-to-end and promote lean management and a culture of continuous improvement
  • You lead and accompany interdisciplinary quality, process and change projects from conception to successful implementation
  • They ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and coordinate audits, certifications and accreditations
  • You develop reporting for quality, patient safety and process efficiency and create transparency for informed management decisions
  • They advise and empower managers and employees on quality issues and promote a lived quality and safety culture throughout the clinic Requirements
  • You have a university degree (FH/uni) in health care, quality management, business administration, public health or a comparable discipline
  • You have several years of professional experience in quality, process or organizational management and ideally have profound experience in hospital or healthcare.
  • You have completed further training in quality management (e.g.

CAS/MAS, EFQM, ISO) and are familiar with current standards and best practices

  • Ideally, you have additional knowledge in the areas of process management, lean management or organizational development
  • You think analytically, quickly identify optimization potential and implement changes in a structured and sustainable manner
  • You convince with your pronounced project management and moderation skills as well as your ability to win different stakeholders for common goals
