- Für diese Rolle setzen wir ein Studium (FH/Uni/ETH) im Bereich Architektur oder Raum-/ Verkehrsplanung voraus idealerweise mit einer Weiterbildung im Immobilienmanagement oder eine Ausbildung in ähnlicher Ausrichtung. Gute Kenntnisse im Projekt- und Portfoliomanagement und idealerweise des Bahnsystems runden dein Profil ab.
- Mit souveränem und empathischem Auftreten sowie ausgeprägter Kommunikationsstärke findest du intern wie extern gemeinsame Lösungen.
- Deine Kommunikation ist zielgruppengerecht und du verhandelst zielorientiert mit unterschiedlichen Partnern.
- Du bist verhandlungssicher in Deutsch auf Niveau C1 und bringst idealerweise Französisch auf Niveau B2 mit.
