Role overview
Analyse, design and plan complex IT solutions of platform and surrounding systems (sensors, weapon systems) taking into account security, network and operational requirements
Define the necessary security and network components for the integration of specialist systems, environments and platform services into classified environments and model and document information flows, data objects and professional and technical interfaces
Develop, maintain and further develop the architecture, integration and security documentation over the entire life cycle of the platform and assume overall architectural responsibility for integrated systems

Application process
- Analyse communication flows and protocols and ensure the technical integration capability of applications and platform services
- University or technical college degree in computer science or telecommunications and experience and competences in the area of security, data protection, compliance and governance requirements
- Good network knowledge in the field of virtual private networks, firewalling and IPSec technologies
- Several years of experience in the architecture and integration of complex ICT systems with in-depth knowledge of APIs, messaging, event-driven and information architectures as well as in-depth understanding of information flows, data models, data objects in complex multi-vendor environments
- In-depth understanding of modern security concepts such as zero trust, defense-in-depth and cross-domain and zone concepts
- Ability to consolidate technical requirements of different stakeholders within agile frameworks (e.g.
- SAFe) as well as to lead interdisciplinary teams professionally and align them to common goals
- Good knowledge of at least one second official language and, if possible, passive knowledge of a third official language
