Role overview

Tasks

• As a logistics provider*in EFZ, you are used where consumer and production goods, packages and other goods are transported, stored and distributed.

• At the university hospital you are responsible for the professional management of goods (e.g.

medical disposable materials, laboratory, household articles, office materials, laundry, forms and food).

• You take them in reception, control them and book them in the system.

If an order arrives, prepare the corresponding goods for storage.

• You will also check the stocks regularly, so that neither overstock nor bottlenecks arise.

• In all areas, you use computers, smartphones and tablets as important tools.

You order goods, carry out inventory checks, plan inventory management, and start statistics.

Requirements

• You have a degree of compulsory schooling level A
• Accuracy and Concentration are characterized by
• You have a good understanding of organisational processes
• Good ways of dealing, teamwork, honesty, service orientation and sense of responsibility are a matter of course for you
• You have robust health and are skillful in practical work
