- Network Analysis & Strategic Mapping: You take the early identification, observation and analysis of relevant thematic networks as well as relationships in the hemophilia market.
- The complex relationships and dynamics within these networks are ready You are structured and visualized.
- Strategy development: You are responsible for identifying suitable strategic approaches and defining clear milestones in order to make optimal use of the captured network structures for our disease area specific targets.
- Stakeholder Management & Project Management: You coordinate cross-departmental cooperation on the network structures.
- You accompany the resulting projects from planning to implementation and ensure the continuous integration of relevant internal and external stakeholders.
