- Assistant Chef de Bar (m/w/d) Grand Hotel Kronenhof 100% This is what you move with usSupporting the Bar Manager in managing the team and organising the bar area (complaints management, staff management, staff training, shift planning)Ensuring exemplary guest service and smooth operations during shiftsPreparation and presentation of drinks in compliance with high quality standardsEnsuring cleanliness and tidiness in the bar areaCarrying out orders and stock management for the barCashing up on the TCPOS cash register system & preparing the daily accounts Working closely with the Bar Manager and other departments to ensure seamless serviceTraining and mentoring of bar staff to ensure excellent customer serviceAdhering to hotel policies and procedures in bar operations This is youCompleted professional training At least 2 years of professional experience in the luxury hotel industry in the bar areaExcellent knowledge of German and English, knowledge of other languages an advantageExtensive knowledge in the preparation of classic and modern cocktails and other drinksKnowledge of cigars and advising guestsOrganisational talent Stylish appearance, friendliness and charismaAbility to work in a team, flexibility and a pronounced guest service orientationWe are looking for a long-term cooperation in this position.
