Training responsibility 60% (optional up to 100%, supplement in care) On behalf of the municipalities, Spitex Obwalden provides comprehensive Spitex services throughout the Canton of Obwalden. We offer professional support in the areas of care, psychiatric care, housekeeping and maternal and paternal counselling – competent, reliable and with heart. Spitex Obwalden is also an attractive training company and invests in the specialists of tomorrow. You are a nurse FH or HF and the promotion of young professionals is important to you. Then you are right with us. Your tasks

• Individual support, promotion and assessment of our students FH/HF and FaGe learners in compliance with the requirements of the Education Ordinance and framework curricula
• Independent planning and implementation of goal-oriented learning support at the patient bed
• Implementation of training/transfer days learning area
• Active participation in recruitment of trainees
• Participation in the qualification procedure and oral examinations
• Co-responsibility for the practical implementation of the training mission of Spitex, in cooperation with the management of care, the team management and the care team

Your profile

• Completed training as a dipl. Nursing specialist FH/HF, ideal with a few years of professional experience
• Completed training SVEB – Certificate Instructor – Conducting learning events (or the willingness to complete these trainings)
• Strong educational skills and comprehensive nursing expertise
• High willingness to provide services and organisational skills
• Good knowledge of German, as well as a constructive and empathetic communication ability
• Category B driving licence
