You are primarily responsible for
- Guest greeting and farewell
- the parking service of the guest cars
- Assisting guests with luggage transport
- carrying out room moves
- the performance of interchanges;
- Cleanliness and order in the reception area
- Supporting the Front Office Team
- compliance with occupational safety and hygiene directives
You already have experience in the luxury hotel industry, a driving license is mandatory. English and German are fluent. Other foreign languages (such as Arabic or Chinese) are advantageous. Shift and weekend work is a matter of course for you. They show a high level of willingness to perform, are very flexible and resilient and work in a guest-oriented, calm and exact manner even under time and work pressure.
