Company and context
- You support the Head of Business Administration in administrative and organizational topics
- You work closely with the Directorate Assistance and coordinate processes in the Directorate Secretariat
- You plan appointments and organize sessions – efficiently, predictively and reliably
- You create and edit presentations, statistics and decision bases
- You take on tasks in contract management and in administrative processes (e.g. settlements, debtors)
- They organize events, supervise stakeholders and participate in projects and process optimizations Requirements
- Basic Commercial Training (EFZ) or equivalent training
- First experience in an assistant or secretarial function
- Experience in health or hospital services is beneficial
- You set priorities and keep an overview even in hectic situations
