On behalf of the municipalities of Munichstein and Arlesheim, we provide professional and comprehensive care and support so that our clients can live independently at home.
We are looking for an experienced and motivated personality from now on or by agreement as Employees*in planning 70 - 100% Are you looking for a versatile and demanding job with an independent area of responsibility?

Your tasks
- Planning, organisation and coordination of the assignments of care workers
- Ensuring optimal route and resource planning
- Maintenance and updating of operational data
- Telephone and written processing of requests for assignment planning for clients, relatives and employees
- Coordination of new registrations in cooperation with day-to-day managers
- Direct care assignments with clients amounting to approximately 10-30% (depending on the workload) with practical insight as the basis for targeted assignment planning
- Regular working hours from Monday to Friday This is what you bring with you:
- Training as a specialist in health EFZ (FaGe)
- Work experience in outpatient planning with Perigon is a plus
- Enjoyment of interpersonal contact in the team as well as with clients and relatives
- Self-employed and structured working methods
- Networked thinking and the ability to quickly identify connections
- Rest and overview even in hectic situations
- Driving licence Cat.
