- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the planning, coordination and delivery of OMEGA's hospitality operations and guest experience programs before and during the Olympic and Paralympic Games.

Main responsibilities
- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the planning, coordination and delivery of OMEGA's hospitality operations and guest experience programs before and during the Olympic and Paralympic Games.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders including Organizing Committees, National Olympic Committees (NOCs), IOC-related agencies, hospitality agencies, hotels, tourism offices and suppliers.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure operational readiness and flawless execution of hospitality programs.
- Design and deliver premium guest experiences, including hospitality waves, VIP activities and bespoke engagement opportunities.
- Oversee hospitality logistics, accommodation, transportation, catering, supplier management and on-site Games-time operations.
- Manage the development and delivery of hospitality assets, invitations, guest communications, uniforms, giveaways and other event materials.
- Ensure compliance with Olympic branding guidelines and coordinate internal approval processes for all related materials.
- Coordinate photography and filming activities to support PR, communications and social media initiatives.
- Serve as the internal point of contact for hospitality operations and staff-related matters.
Key requirements
- Proven experience working on the Olympic Games or other major international sporting events.
- Strong expertise in planning and delivering premium hospitality programs within complex and multicultural environments.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional projects involving hospitality, operations, logistics and guest services.
- Proven ability to manage vendors, suppliers and operational partners while ensuring high service standards and cost efficiency.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across a wide range of international stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, planning and problem-solving capabilities, combined with a calm and solution-oriented approach under pressure.
- Diplomatic, culturally sensitive and comfortable working in highly international environments.
- Flexible and willing to travel internationally, including extended assignments of up to two months during Games time.
- Proactive, results-driven and able to work independently while fostering strong collaboration and teamwork.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a passion for operational excellence and flawless execution.
- Fluent in English and French, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
