Housekeeping Manager 100% (f/m/i)

Their tasks As Housekeeping Manager (f/m/i), you and your team ensure that the high standards of the Bürgenstock Resort in the areas of cleanliness, service quality and guest comfort are guaranteed at all times. In this role, you report directly to the Director of Housekeeping and support him in the operational and strategic management of Rooms.

• Leadership and further development of a team of about 50 employees, including supervisors, maids and porters
• Ensuring the cleaning and maintenance of rooms and public areas
• Monitoring and compliance with hygiene standards and safety guidelines
• Efficient planning and organisation of workflows, rosters and resources
• Working closely with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
• Responsibility for budget control and implementation of sustainable cleaning and work processes
• Organisation and monitoring of day-to-day workflows and personnel deployments
• Motivation and training of the team to ensure continuous quality and individual development

You have successfully completed your training as a hotel specialist EFZ or Hauswirtschaft and bring at least two years of management experience from a similar function. They speak German and English, are service-oriented and work calmly and efficiently even under time and work pressure. You are accustomed to an independent working method and can organize and motivate yourself and your employees well. They are reliable and enjoy working in a team. Communication skills are one of your great strengths. If you have also completed the vocational training course, this is an advantage. We expect a well-groomed, friendly and courteous attitude. Foreign languages are an additional plus in dealing with our employees and guests.
