- In order to strengthen our services of Psychogeriatry , in CDI with an entry into office as soon as possible.
- A programme dedicated to managers to support them in acquiring the skills necessary to manage their teams. A degree in Auxiliary of Health, ASA or CRS-recognized Caregiver.
- Gineste-Marescotti (GM) certification, an asset. A successful experience in geriatrics or psychiatry of advanced age.
- A willingness to work in continuous hours and cut off, performing a few nights in the month.
- Participate in an interdisciplinary management of residents.
